However, I do travel beyond New England, and am always available virtually for added convenience to my clients near and far.

It depends on the size and scope of your project. I regularly serve clients who live, own property, or conduct their business within a 2-hour drive of the New Hampshire White Mountains area, and I’m equally happy and able to travel further (by car or plane) upon request or necessity. I offer commercial and residential construction project consulting, project management, and owner’s representation. My role is to bridge process gaps and mitigate challenges that interfere with successful building, renovating, and remodeling. From start to finish, my mission is to protect your interests, keep your project on track, and ensure you enjoy your space for years to come.

My fee structure is as follows:

• New build and renovation planning: One-time flat rate

• Residential or commercial building project consulting: Hourly rate

• Comprehensive project management: Estimate on request

• Owners' representation: Estimate on request

I have an extensive background in the construction industry, having worked as both a builder and as a commercial construction superintendent managing large-scale projects. Through my experience I have learned that an educated consumer is an empowered consumer. My services include In-person site visits, in-person/virtual follow-ups, business owner education, detailed recommendations, detailed project roadmap/timeline, key-player cross-communications, and risk mitigation strategies.
